Welcome! My name is Kane. I am new to the Buckhead, GA area and I have been involved with fitness for over 20 years of my life, with 15 of those years spent as a certified fitness trainer. Here are a few of my qualifications:

I am experienced and prepared to help you (and anyone that you may know) obtain a healthier body and overall healthier lifestyle via fitness.

With my experience as a personal trainer, I will work with you to develop a customized workout plan that is tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

All services will be provided at a private fitness facility, the client's location, or at an outdoor venue. Details will be provided upon sign-up.
Packages of 8 or more sessions of any service are discounted. See pricing below.
1-on-1 Personal Training
PERSONAL TRAINING - I offer 30 min or 1 hour training sessions. Once you have been assessed, I will build you a specific workout plan that will address your individual fitness needs in full. At that point, I will be your accountability partner. I am very interested in seeing others become the best version of themselves. If you are committed, I will match you. I am not a registered nutritionist, but I am permitted to provide you with general nutrition advice that will most certainly help to get us to our fitness goals.

Small Group Training
GROUP TRAINING - Classes will vary in size, ranging from 3-10 clients. They will last between 45-50min depending on the pace of the group. We will be training indoors and outdoors depending on the day and the weather. We will take an integrated approach by employing a multitude of exercise forms and modalities, this approach is highly effective and will produce the results that you are looking for. Classes are fun and interactive with other group members. I have always promoted a positive and drama-free workout environment for my clients to truly enjoy themselves while building a nice camaraderie with the group.

Assisted Stretching
ASSISTED STRETCHING - Shortened and tight muscles are typically a result of not stretching. When muscles are in said state, they become weak and cause numerous issues including: joint pain, muscle strains and more serious muscle issues. With a less active population due to increasing conveniences and technology, it is safe to say that the majority of our population lacks proper mobility and flexibility within their bodies. If you would like to avoid premature aging and stiffness, contact me and let me help you achieve and maintain your optimal level of muscular health. Each session is 30 min in length.

Sports Performance Training
Sports Performance Training - All physical attributes that athletes are comprised of (strength, speed, agility, flexibility, mobility, power, etc.) can be enhanced with the proper training and coaching. As a former professional athlete, I know how to assess and build athletes from scratch. Athletes will be assessed and put on a training plan that addresses the entire body with the emphasis on developing their performance deficiencies. Not only will I improve the athletes physical strength, their mental strength will be increased as well. Coaches desire mentally strong athletes first. Athlete training plans should be at least 3 months long in order to see noticeable differences. Starting with ages 10 & up.
